The firmware update to the Versa appeared to download and install properly but when it completed the app cannot find the device(the Versa) to sync. Which means I lost all my active minutes for the day as well as the proper calorie count.

Hi @Gandalf7734, It's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back! Sorry for the delayed reply.
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply.

I have the same issue. I've tried all the syncing options but doesn't work. This only happened after this update. Now, my Fitbit watch is even >30 minutes delayed and I can't seem to sync it. I've done restart several times, unpair Bluetooth, making sure it's fully charged etc etc. And oh, for some reason my battery drains a lot now even with low app usage. There's been a lot of issue with this new update. Please fix!
