I am not able to use my fitbit versa lite after reset, it's been 7 days, system was aking for firmware update I had given permission after that it keep downloading upto 101%after that get disconnect automatically. Even not able to find service centre in MUMBAI. Kindly help where to go

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa Lite isn't completing the firmware update. While currently there isn't a physical service center in Mumbai, I'll help you with this matter. Since you mentioned to have tried the reset process, please give a try to the following steps:

Hi @LizzyFitbit I'm also facing the problem as @Ashishtiwari95 with my versa lite.
I have tried all the steps that you have mentioned in your reply to @Ashishtiwari95 but none of them are working.
Please suggest me something other than the above steps.
I'm from Goa, India.

Thanks for taking the time to try the steps suggested above, as well for sharing the outcome. Since your Versa Lite is still unable to update, could you please provide me with your phone's model and OS version? Is the Fitbit app update to the latest version? Also, what error message is displayed on the Fitbit app during the process?
In the meantime, please give a try to the steps described in this help article under Ionic & Versa series > Update failed over Bluetooth.
