Unacceptable Service

I happily run at least 5k a day. My fitbit just stop working so I gladly shipped it to them to fix it in january. Here in April, I received a replacement 2 months later without any wristbands to attach it. That's the first problem. After calling and complaining a fitbit rep promised me a fitbit in 2 day. To my surprise fedex never received anything. So i was lied to? I have sent several email asking for a simple reply. I'm still waiting for that reply. Please help. Running my own business keeps me busy and I don't feel like i'm asking for much. Who can I talk to???

Hi, despite all your experiences, I would still strongly advice your to contact Customer Support again. Click Troubleshooting, choose your watch and scroll down untill you find "Lets's Talk" which is on the bottom of that page on the right side. Good luck!!

Thanks! I did that twice in February and March and demanded answers. However they said the same thing you are saying. I appreciate the info but i'm asking for the next step after that.

So fifth times a charm I guess? Running a business doesn't allow me the luxury to repeat myself. It does grant me the resources to make trouble for something a paying customer deserved.
