My Fitbit started giving problems, it started with not wanting to sync, then didn’t pick up my heart rate correctly, starting to vibrate for no reason then it deleted my data while I was busy with a work out. It then started to freeze and I had to restart it every time. The screen started to jump around without me even touching the screen.
I gave it back to the shop I bought it who told me someone from fitbit will come and pick it up the next day. A few days later I found out that they haven’t come and collected my watch for repairs. Today it’s almost 3 weeks since I gave it in for repairs and still haven’t been notify in anyway of what is going on.
I will definitely reconsider to recommend Fitbit to someone in the future.

Are you sure your retailer is legitimate?
Fitbit do not offer repairs and replacements under warranty need you to contact customer support first.
If your retailer is not prepared to replace it themselves then I would get it back and contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Yes but there are 2 forms of warranty. That provided by the retailer where the agreement is between you and the retailer, and then there's the manufacturer's warranty which is between you and fitbit.
I am wary of a retailer that is supposedly talking to fitbit on your behalf.
Why not contact fitbit's customer support to check that they are aware of the situation
