I can’t unlock with my phone. I had updated iOS and reinstall Fitbit apps. But now I can find the “unlock device” in my setting. Can anyone advice ?

Go to the Versa settings screen in the Fitbit app.

Scroll up to the device lock.

Enter your phones unlock code.

You can then disable lock for all but Fitbit pay, and/or change the password code on the Versa.
