I was trying to sell my versa and reset it (so I thought) and removed it from my phone. The person I sold it to couldn’t pair it and has returned it. Now, when I am trying to pair it to my phone it asks for a code from the Versa but the versa just says “unlock with your phone”. Because the versa isn’t shown in my app I have no where to enter the unlock code. How do I resolve this?
