Unresponsive Fitbit Versa

Hi there, I have been struggling to get my Fitbit Versa to respond. It suddenly went off  mid than a week ago. I can't seem to charge it but when I check on my app it shows the battery is about 50% charged. I've read through the FAQs and tried to hold down the back and bottom buttons for the minutes. This hasn't worked. The only difference is that the battery light at the back of the watch is now responding and flickering on. The screen still is dead and not responsive. Please help as this is just over one year old, as it was purchased last June 2019.

Hi @Kamini, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen and charging issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions. In case the issue persists after following those steps, please reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

I'm having the same issue!  My versa will buzz when my phone is ringing however the screen is still down.  I cant seem to get it operational again.  Of someone could help me as well I'd appreciate it!
