Versa lite won't respond. Battery was medium yesterday. Have held button for 10 plus seconds and no change. Put in charger with no change and no vibration. There is an update but can't find device. Can't sync

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

The exact same thing is happening to me. I’ve done it all. This is the third versa I’ve had in two years and the same problem has happened three times in a row now. The watch just stops working. I can’t reset it, I can’t charge it, nothing. I really love Fitbit and I really love your customer service, but the amount of money I have spent on new watches in only two years, it’s getting frustrating:(.

Hi, nothing is flashing. I charged a while, cleaned the contacts but still nothing. I don't know what else to try.

Same! I've been thru 5 Fitbits in 3 years... over it
