After the versa firmware updated on my versa two days ago, my touch screen started malfunctioning, shuffling through the settings. Last night the battery died, I charged it, and woke up to permanent black screen. Tried restart to no avail. It's dead.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? I have this exact problem and have tried several remedies including cleaning, replacing the charger in a different USB port, holding different sequences of buttons down to restart it etc and it still remains dead.
