Unresponsive touchscreen

Several times a day the watch will not allow me to scroll up down or sideways. Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To resolve this uncommon situation, I recommend you to restart your Versa following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I have the same exact issue and now my screen doesn't even light up. 

I talked to a representative about this and they weren't able to help me. Only offered a discount on a new watch.

I can't just buy another one after a year and a half. They should last longer!

Mine is only 2 months old. Someone responded with a possible solution. I
will let you know if it works.

Thank you. This does work but I have to do it a few times a day. It is most
aggravating when I am not near my phone and am unable to disconnect an
incoming call.
