So, my question may be very complicated...

I just recieved my new replacement, but I never unsynced my original one. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? I am confused and I hope the battery life is not the same...please let me know what I need to do to address this issue!

So I just received a new replacement, but I didn’t unconfigure the old one...anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?

You just need go to your phones bluetooth setting and unpair the old tracker.  Then set your new versa as a replacement device, or remove the old one and set up the new one.  Let us know how you go.

Okay and with the old one how do I turn it off completely because it will show up with the Fitbit symbol but that’s it. I don’t know what else to do with it.

I am trying to decide how I should unpair what I have now, which is my old one but it basically synched from the new one that I tried to set up thinking I did what I needed to do. But now I don't even know if I did the right thing because now I am back to using my old one.

I just figured this out myself. Swipe left to "Settings", tap it, and then select "About". Then select "Shut Down".
