Update is a disaster - When will Fitbit admit this and do something?

I have been a Fitbit user for SEVEN YEARS!  My Versa 2 was fine for one year until this awful update. I believe I am luckier than most as my watch still works. I just have HUGE numbers of floors which are fake and HUGE numbers of zone minutes also fake. Other than this,  my Versa 2 works as it did before the update.

 

I feel bad for all the people who have worse issues than I do. I want Fitbit to admit they pushed out a badly flawed update and do something to fix this.

 

We just ordered a Versa 2 for my husband. He had been using my old Alta, but he lost it while mowing. I surely hope his brand new device which is not even here yet will be okay.
