I know I have been reading a lot about this, but I’m not sure if anyone’s issue has been resolved. Mine has not and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong?

There has been a banner Notice at the top of this page until a few minutes ago mentioning this problem but it is now gone so, apparently, it has now been fixed.

Hi @Maur5 , if you updated your iPhone to iOS 13, see the warning at the top of the Customer Support site, this explains a lot. Regards kuzibri.

I uploaded Fitbit upgrade and that didn’t help either. Ty though.

Just wait untill Fitbit solved this issue, I know that's easy to say when you have an Android Phone in which all is working fine. but all in all Fitbit was primarily developed for Android and after that supported iOS. This time it's not the fault of Fitbit, but of Apple itself, who did not notify Fitbit that the new upgrade treats notifications different than before. Hope this helps, regards kuzibri

Thank you.
I didn’t realize that Fitbit was for Android originally. I have to say the Fitbit support team has answered my emails quickly and tried to help me.
Hopefully they fix this soon.
Thanks again for this info.
