I updated my Versa2 a couple weeks ago ever since I am unable to swipe the screen in any direction. When I checked the troubleshooting it said to turn it off. I cannot get to the settings screen to do so.

Try a Restart . Hold in the left side button until you get the Fitbit logo, about 10 seconds.
