Hi!
I’m trying to set up Fitbit pay on my Versa & I recently got a new phone with a new number to the phone I originally set up my Versa on. When the app asks me to verify my indentity for the final step of setting up my card it goes to send the SMS pin to my old number but I can’t find any way on the app to update it to my new number or verify my identity a different way eg email.

I believe you would need to contact your Bank and update your telephone number with them. When you set up Fitbit pay it needs to verify your details with your bank. So the number for the verification code will be what the bank has on file for you.

I agree with @N8teGee, you confirmed your identity to Fitbit by entering your phones unlock code.
The identifing of the identity through the phone, of the charge card holder comes from the bank, not Fitbit.
You will have to contact the bank or change the phone number through the banks website.
I had the choice to verify through text or email.
