How can I use both timer and sport app at the same time? When I am running I like to set the timer to 30 min to stop me.

@Jjalilvand   Yes, you can.  But you have to start them in the right order.  The timer can run in the background, but the Exercise App must run in the foreground.  So you must start the timer first.  You should be able to streamline things a little turning on the Auto Detect feature in the Run settings.  That way you can start your timer then start running.  It feels like it takes about 10 seconds or so to detect a run.  GPS must be on for Auto Detect to work.  If you do a similar route every time and don't care about a map (GPS does not need to be on), you will need to start the timer, then start the run.
