I had issues syncing data in the beginning, I went through and tried force stopping, deleting app then reinstalling app, clearing cache, clearing data, logging out, restarting phone and watch could never get it to sync. I then decided to finally factory restart. After the factory restart my phone will not pair to my watch. I have tried on 3 other devices, and it won't pair. A pop up will come up on my phone to start set up, So I know it's finding it, but when go through the set-up process it gives the message- An error occurred, try again. -This started August 19th, I have tried every day to get it to pair and it refuses. I have spoken with support as well; we've been through all the steps together. my device is now out of warranty. Please help

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've already assisted you. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Fitbit devices and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. Note there's nothing left we in the community can suggest as our team already shared with you all the steps we could've also provided here.
Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.
