IT IS TAKING FOREVER!

I have been trying to have this update done, tried every option listed in other replies, even I have tried it on another phone! and IT IS NOT WORKING!

ANY ADVICE PLEASE that really works other than the non-working listed ones?

May you please announce how long does it take really? May you provide  a clear reply of what shall a versa buyer MUST do to have the tracker works!!!

What phone or phones are you trying to update with? It could be a compatability problem.

The updates sometimes take quite a while - half an hour or more, but not hours.
