VERSA not waterproof

I took my versa already into showers and however this was not a problem. Untill yesterday I took a 30 min bath. When I came out of the water my fitbit did not worked. It had a black screen. Now few hours later I have the fitbit logo on it but I'm unable to work with it. Time and date are still the same as yesterday. The screen doesn't respond to touch.

What should I do? My fitbit is not one year old!!

Almost the same issue. I have owned mine since last June. I always take it off with shower/dishes etc. I've always been paranoid that the water will effect it in a bad way. But, tonight I went swimming (first time it has been in water) for about 45 minutes and it is doing the same as yours. After the swim I dried it thoroughly. It started to drain battery very quickly. I noticed it wasn't tracking my pulse anymore so I tried to reset it multiple times. It didn't work. I put it in the charger and came back about 30 minutes later and the screen is completely off. It will not turn back on. Very upset and disappointed with this. Fitbit should not market this as waterproof if it, in fact, isn't. I doubt they'll do anything to appease this situation.

If you call Fitbit, they should be able to take care of you. (FYI, I've found that calling then usually gets better results than chatting online). I had a different problem, but my device was acting up and they replaced it. At least try to contact customer support
