I've been experiencing various problems with the Versa 2. A quick search of the forums appears to indicate that any solution (such as restarting the Versa 2, desyncing and resyncing the devices, etc.) is temporary at best.
The distance goal between the Versa 2, phone app, and web dashboard do not appear to be syncing properly. I've currently set a goal for 5 miles using the phone app; however, the dashboard converts this to kilometers and tells me my goal is 8.05 miles. subsequently, the "circles" used to track the progress on the home page of the app as well as the Versa 2 both appear to display a graphical goal of 8.05 (i.e., when it's 4 miles, it's roughly half filled). Changing the goal on the web dashboard to 5 mi makes the phone app's goal ~ 3 mi, but the circles will now graphically display a goal of 5 mi.
Since the firmware update, the weather conditions do not appear to be updating properly. At times, the temperature reading is frozen at a single temperature all day or it does not display any temperature. The weather icon (sunny, cloud, rainy, etc.) follows the same errors. This occurs across all clock faces and does not appear to be limited to a single clock face. Restarting the Versa 2 does not fix this issue.
Since the firmware update, the exercise app does not save the automatic lap setting. The walk option reverts to a 5mi lap, and the run option reverts to a 0.5mi lap. I have to constantly change these settings to 1 mile. In addition, the exercise cues for the Versa 2 on the web dashboard revert every once in a while. All other settings in the exercise app (e.g., what stats to display on the top, middle, and bottom) appear to save properly even when the Versa 2 has been restarted.
