Various synch issues on Versa

Hi, 

not sure what’s happening but Versa tracker shows data for a full day but the app synchs only selected info. Steps, floors, miles are correct. Calories, active  minutes, hourly step goal, heart rate, sleep info is all at zero or ‘no data’ (tracker shows 10 out of 14 hours, app says ‘no data’). Tried turning off/on Bluetooth, resetting tracker, logging in and out of the app, etc. no result. Hmmm. Out of ideas. Any advice is much appreciated.

It also cleared my info from yesterday’s workout. Noticing that I installed an app update yesterday and am having these issues  now. Another update needed. Please advise.
