Vera 2 wont Pair, side button not working and screen freezing

I've had my Fitbit Vera 2 since June and I've been enjoying it. However, my side button no longer works, my screen doesn't let me tap and move. Although I have the app, my Bluetooth is on and its recognised o  my android it won't pair with my phone as it says there isn't a supported app? Any ideas?

When I try to connect my Fitbit to my phone it says an app is needed to use that devise. I'm not sure if the problem is with Android or Fitbit though

Hi @Sun1079 you do not connect the tracker to the phone but setup the tracker to your Fitbit account by using the Fitbit app.
