don’t get me wrong, I love my Fitbit but ever since this new update I have to put on it, nothing will work. I can’t even get into my Fitbit. It took hours and hours to get it to barely update, and now all it is saying is “data not cleared sync and try again” . I’m going to send it back if no body helps me here.

@K-kat72, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite stopped syncing your data. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, try to sync your watch again and see if the issue gets fixed.
