Versa 2 Always on display not working

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help as been playing around for hours not getting anywhere! 

I got a new Fitbit versa 2 today and I've turned on "always on display” It is set to show battery, active minutes and steps, however when the display comes on all that shows is the time on the bottom left corner and nothing else.

 

Have tried to set it to analog mode to see if that works also and when display comes back on it is still digital so seems none of the settings ever change/save for the ‘always on display mode’.

 

I have looked at several YouTube videos on people setting up the always on display and followed all the steps correctly so I am baffled and a little bit disappointed.

Does anyone know how to solve this or if it is just a defective Fitbit?

Hi @Yolandaaldi - Can you please tell us the name of the clock face you are using?  Not all clock faces are compatible with that feature. If you open the Fitbit app on your phone, then select Account > Versa 2 > Clocks. You should see a heading for Always On Display with an option to View All. Selecting one of these clock faces should resolve the issue. Please let us know if it does.

Hi Carol-B,

 

Thank for your reply I have checked and the face I have on is ‘waveform’ which I think is the one that automatically came installed?

 

I will try using another clock face and see if it fixes the issue 😊
