Versa 2 Battery Draining Quickly

The last couple days, my Versa 2 battery has been draining extremely quickly. On Friday it was normal- by the end of the day I’m at 90% battery still. Yesterday, by 4:00 in the afternoon it was at 7%. This morning I’ve been wearing it for a couple hours and it’s down almost 10% already. Anyone else having this issue? I have every set to the lowest settings/dim screen/it’s not using very much battery at all, for anything.

Same thing! Fine one day and next day I have to charge it twice a day.

Thank you for letting us know that you have every set to the lowest settings/dim screen/it’s not using very much battery at all on your Versa 2 @lwyllie.

Hi, 

Since yesterday I have the exact same issue! I used to be able to easily last 4 days and nights to the next charge, but since yesterday my battery drains in literally 7 hours! It's already on the dim setting, and the night setting so that it only activates when I press the button. It's had the same fitbit-clockface for about a year now so that shouldn't be the issue either. What on earth is going on???

Same here, but know my screen doesn't even come on. even thou the app an connect to it.
