Hi,
I hadn't used my Versa 2 in nearly two years, so I reset it to its factory settings before beginning to use it once more. When I had been using it in the past, I used the Bitmoji clock face.
After the reset, I was attempting to set this up once more, but the Fitbit app doesn't appear to be connecting. I have clicked the link, logged in, and given permission, but when the webpage closes, the button still just says "connect". I have done this many times and it never changes.
When viewing connections through the Snapchat app, it shows a proper connection. This leads to believe that it is an issue on the Fitbit side. Hoping someone else may have a solution for this?
Thank you.

Hi there, @2Versa2User. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that Bitmoji is not connecting to your Versa 2. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To install the Bitmoji clock face, follow these steps below:
After you connect your accounts, your watch downloads a variety of Bitmoji stickers. Keep your phone close to your watch during this process, and make sure the Fitbit app continues to run in the background. If the Snapchat Connection status is stuck at 0%, or you see a message instructing you to make sure your Bitmoji is linked to Snapchat, follow the instructions to link your Bitmoji account with Snapchat.
If you change your Bitmoji avatar’s appearance or outfit, you can update your clock face by tapping Sync Bitmoji in the Fitbit clock face settings. Your watch will then download a new set of stickers.
For more information about the Bitmoji clock face, see Fitbit’s blog post Bitmoji and Fitbit Clock Face Partnership.

@MarreFitbit As I noted in my original posting, I have already attempted to connect using these instructions. However, after logging into Snapchat and giving permission for it and Fitbit to connect, the window closes, and the button still just says "connect".
