Versa 2 Black Screen

Can anyone help! 

i just took my my versa 2 off the charger and I can’t get the screen to work. My app says it’s charged ans the green light on the reverse side is working, but I cannot get the screen to light up at all or work! 
🤷🏻‍:female_sign:  Does anyone else have this problem?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
