Versa 2 Broken Display

This is the second Versa 2 I have owned after I lost my first one. I bought it in August of 24 and it has had multiple issues. When first trying to update it, it took several hours and crashed dozens of times. Then, the display is stuck on dim mode and no amount of troubleshooting has fixed it. It has had numerous syncing issues in the past months. I have since factory reset the watch and I had to go through the hours of crashing updates again before it was usable.

Finally, yesterday the display stopped working. It is a black screen but is still responsive. I can start the stopwatch by remembering where the icons are and feeling the vibrations, but I cannot see anything on the screen. It would still vibrate when I get a text, but again, I can't see it on the screen. I cannot see if it is turned off to restart it because the Fitbit logo won't show up either. I tried changing the clock face but the watch won't sync so that is out of the question now too. 

I was able to tolerate the dim screen, but this makes the watch useless. Very disappointed after I liked my first one so much.

I understand how frustrating this could be and would recommend pairing your device with your account one more time:

  1. From the Today tab  in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon.
  2. Tap Add more devices.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hi @AndreaFitbit 

This won't be possible. I can attempt to re-pair my watch, but it will not display the four digit code. The watch will buzz as if it were working, but the screen will not display anything. Without the four digit code, I cannot proceed.
