Since recent update in Sept: touch button on side stopped working.  Face is also stuck on Log in to Spotify from Fitbit app. I don't have Spotify acct...

Thanks for informing us about this situation. Have you tried to clean the button? You can try to clean it with a toothpick carefully and then trying to hold the button a little longer than 10 seconds.  

You can try to sync your device with the Fitbit app too and change the clock face.
