Versa 2 Calorie Counter went crazy

My daily calorie count for years has been 2,000 on average without hard exertions. A 6-7 hour sleep program usually shows 550 calories burnt. From yesterday, the counter went funny. Overnight sleep showed about 350 and 30 minutes of elliptical training showed only 54 calories burnt (usually that’s burnt in under 5 minutes). I’ve tried resetting the Versa 2 several

times to no avail. Historical calorie data were also discounted for weeks .. Eg. Last Sunday, I burnt 3,200 cals. Now that day’s data changed to way under 2,000. This happened for every day during the past few weeks. Any help?

I've seen similar posts that were the result of a profile setting for age, height, weight etc being accidentally changed. It's worth a quick check of your settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
