For the last 3 days my Versa 2 has been falling behind in time. It is now 3 hours and 10 minutes slow. I can’t find anyway to change the time in the app. All other functions are syncing correctly.
I have tried changing the time zone and resyncing the Versa but this makes no change on the device.
Furthermore, I have also tried restarting the Versa device, tuning off Bluetooth on my phone and relinking it and finally I have deleted the device from my Fitbit account and readied it back in all with no effect.
Please advise.

I'm going to call customer support. Maybe start a warranty claim
