Versa 2 Connected GPS is running

I have just tried an excercise (walking) and turned the Connected GPS off, but it keeps saying its connected in my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 notifications. I didn't end up doing the exercise, but I want to figure out why the notification won't disappear.

I would like to follow up on the GPS notification issue that your Versa 2 is experiencing. Please let me know if the issue persists or if the notification disappeared.

 

In the meantime, please restart your watch as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
