Versa 2 Didn't Calculate Sleep Score and all Heart Rate measures registering as out of range

Dear Developers, I'm having trouble with my Versa 2, that just started today. 

My device recorded all of my sleep stages, along with heart rate info, from last night, but it did not give me a sleep score. 
Also, the app is stating that I have "no heart rate notifications," despite being able to see heart rate numbers plotted on the graph for every fifteen minutes. 
I contacted a customer service rep who walked me through many trouble shooting tests.
The Fitbit customer service rep concluded that it must be an app issue and encouraged me to reach out to you.

I saw another user post today also with sleep stages detected but no sleep score.  I have not seen of that before so would guess it is a temporary glitch on Fitbit's end.  I would just wait and see if is back to normal tomorrow, or maybe even gives you a score later today.

By the way, we are not developers.  This is just Fitbit users trying to help other users.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. Sorry I had a pare down my response to 100 characters. I realize this is just a community forum. I was directed by the fit bit rep to reach out to the developers. I tried to do that through the Google Play Store email address on the app page. And I got a message bounced back that they no longer respond to emails. So I just cut and paste what I had written on to this forum. I hope you're right! And I'll be keeping an eye out to see if it improves.

Some people have reported the sleep score appeared later in the day , so maybe just a delay.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
