Versa 2 Fitbit x Deezer syncing error

Hi everybody, it is 2020 and the known and already resolved issue of Fitbit x Deezer not syncing stuck in preparing music for download mode is happening again. PLEASE FIX THIS! Asap since this is a known issue that happened before. You can't market the offline feature over Spotify and then so poorly execute it... Anyway thanks for taking care!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties downloading your music from Deezer.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please make sure you have followed our troubleshooting steps on this article.

 

If this doesn't help, we would like to ask if your Versa 2 is connected to an open, WEP, WPA personal, and WPA2 personal Wi-Fi network. Your watch won’t connect to 5GHz, 802.11ac, WPA enterprise, or public Wi-Fi networks that require logins, subscriptions, or profiles.
