Versa 2 Flashing Fibit Logo

My versa 3 has been working fine. It ran out of charge last night. It's been plugged in all night and now it won't turn on, doesn't seem to be charging and the fitbit logo just flashes on the screen. Tried to reset it by holding the side button but it's not worked.
