versa 2 heart rate is not working. I was doing cardio, then my Fitbit stucked reading my heart rate at 66, so I turned it off. Since then It never worked. I contacted Fitbit but they are only giving me the usual bull**ahem**. I tried everything like 2 or 3 times and now they are offering me a 35% discount for a new Fitbit. What do they think. I don't want a new one, I want my fitbit to work as it did normally. I think it has something to do with the last update. They need to give another update en fix my fitbit, because it's fking rediculous! I'm not happy at all!

You can order at any time the items sold on our website and apply the discount offered on items listed with regular price.

For more information I'd recommend you continue this with Support Team as there is already a case with them for this situation.
