Versa 2 - Heart Rate and Sleep Tracking not working

Sleep tracking stopped working a week ago, heart rate stopped working a couple days ago. Notifications still work so it's not a full sync issue. Tried restoring factory defaults to no avail.

 

I got this watch for both of these features specifically. As far as I'm concerned it's just an overpriced bracelet at this point. If anybody has a suggestion beyond the basic troubleshooting steps I'd love to hear it. Thanks in advance.

This happened to me too! Stopped HR and sleep assessment on July 3- tried turning on and off and toggling HR setting but not working? Is it a firmware issue? I’m on 70.8.  Seems to be a common problem

70.8 for me as well. And as of this morning the pedometer no longer works either. I have owned this thing for 5 months and every important function has failed. I am now the not so proud owner of a $200 watch. I already own a watch. It cost less than $10 from Walmart and it both looks and functions better.

 

I don't know if it's the hardware or software but the Versa 2 is ultimately pointless garbage.
