Versa 2 - Heart Rate

I have recently noticed that my heart rate monitor on my Versa 2 is no longer working and the lights on the back or watch no longer flash. 
How I can fix this issue?

One thing that comes to mind and is something you can do is to go to the "Settings" app on the device and scroll down to "Heart Rate - Enables heart rate features" and make sure it is turned on.

 

Even if it is turned on, turn it off for a moment and turn it back on and see if the lights start doing their thing.
