I was recently logged out of the Fitbit app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy A31) and haven't been able to log back in since (incorrect login credentials, recovery email not received, etc.). I eventually created a new Fitbit account with login via my Google account, connected my Versa 2 device and can track exercise and other activities again. However, I "lost" all my historical data. Is it possible to restore/link the data from my old account in any way? Second question: How do I access the data from the last 2-3 weeks of workouts on my device? Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @VeronicaPiet - if you link your watch to a new account you will lose access to history.
Data once synced to the Fitbit app is removed from the watch.
If you didn't migrate your old account you may still be able to access it.
It might be necessary to logout of the app again, swipe it off and in Apps on your phone clear the Fitbit app storage cache (which may have been the initial problem) force stop it and reboot the phone and then try your original account once more with the Fitbit login.
