Versa 2 Inaccurate Step Tracking

This has happened to me twice...

1st instance: My final step count for the night on my Versa 2 and phone was 15,081. The next day it only showed 14,829

 

2nd instance: My final step count for the night on my Versa 2 and phone was 10,022. This morning it only shows 9,791. It even buzzed with fireworks last night to show I reached my daily goal of 10,000 steps.  What gives?!

I appreciate you reach out to the Communtiy. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
