Versa 2 Issues

My Versa 2 started being extra weird. It vibrated off and on. My screen was stuck. Then the screen went black. Every min or so it would vibrate as if I turned it on and the Fitbit logo would just be there. I fully charged it the night before so I don’t initially think the battery dying is the issue. Now I can’t get my watch to turn on and it’s showing the no battery icon ONLY for it not to even charge. It’s been “charging” for 2 hours.

I have this same issue at the moment except the screen is staying blsck and it vibrates every now and then!

I’m having a similar issue with my Versa 2.  My Fitbit just stopped charging, screen went black. Doesn’t matter how long it is on the charger. Cleaned everything but no change. Tried different chargers. There was no forewarning and Its only 7 months old.
