Hello, I have a Fitbit Versa 2 on version 70.8.0 and I am having issues with swiping through the menus, the watch is tracking fine, but if I attempt to swipe through the menus it will either be very laggy or not work at all, I cant use the swipe down or up options to bring up the menus, this seems to started happening a few weeks ago.
I have attempted a soft and hard reset and also completely wiped the device and set it up again. I am unsure if its a software or hardware fault, I've had it since 22 January 2020. I've noticed there is a new update out 71.6.19 but i've yet to receive it, my partner also has a Fitbit Versa 2 and hers is on a completely different firmware number.

Was hoping it was a software issue but received the latest firmware today and the issue is still occurs, the issue is intermittent
