Hi everyone. Im sorry if this has been discussed/answered somewhere but I cant seem to find it.
On my Versa 2, I can connect to Versa Classic no problem and use the music controls to control Google Play Music from my Moto Z4. It works great. However, Ive noticed that none of my notifications come through to my watch while the music controls are connected. I opened the app and it says no device connected. I then have to go into my phones bluetooth settings, "forget" the versa classic connection, reconnect to versa 2 and then they work again. Is this just how it is? If youre connected to versa classic you lose all other connectivity functions?

Hi, @Skye131! That's really weird. I haven't tried it on my Versa 2, but on my Versa and Versa Lite I have had the music connected and still gotten notifications and it's the same OS, so it should work the same.

Thanks for your reply. Its weird. Its like I can only be connected to "Versa 2" or "Versa Classic". Not both at the same time. Maybe its user error LOL

Versa 2 Classic is I kg used for music control.
The Versa 2 can not be connected by the user. Yes you can remove the Versa 2 as a trusted device from the phones Bluetooth but this will prevent notifications from coming through. I'm not sure what is meant by reconnect since this step can not be done by the user.
When the app says the tracker is not connected I usually tap the notice and let the app do the connection.
If this doesn't work try logging out of the app. When logging in, the app should check for all permissions, of which should all be accepted.

I dont understand what youre saying.
When I connect Versa Classic, it seems like it disconnects Versa 2.
Music control works great, but no notifications come through.
When I go to my phones bluetooth, Versa 2 is no longer connected, Versa Classic is.
So I have to disconnect Versa Classic and reconnect Versa 2.

I don't understand what steps can be done to reconnect the Versa 2. Can you explain?
