Versa 2 Music skip

hey guys I got my versa 2 yesterday and it seems to me that the music function keeps skipping or chopping it down. I deleted my playlist and then re-uploaded but it seems to me it only works on my other device and not my watch which makes me sad. Are there any suggestions I would hate to give up my watch.
