Hi there @smileyme, it's good to have you in the Community.

I appreciate the information shared. I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.

Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.

After you perform these steps you can also try to restart your Fitbit device.

Forget what @LucioFitbit is saying because as usual it's completely off.

 

Question: what are you trying to track? Fitbit syncs only GPS walks/runs/cycling with Strava.

I'm having the same problem since mid-January, my Fitbit GPS activities (walks, runs, hikes) stopped syncing from my Fitbit account to my Strava account.  I use a Charge 4 but I doubt this has anything to do with which Fitbit device is being used - from looking across the Fitbit Help forums it seems to be a common issue that started recently, regardless of Fitbit device.  And I did disconnect Fitbit and Strava and reconnect them, didn't help.  Frustrating...
