Versa 2 Not Tracking Activities

I’m finding on occasions my Versa 2 watch doesn’t record my activities even though it appears to be doing so, nor doesn’t it send it through to my Strava app? The Garmin watch I previously had never had this problem & even though it lacked many of the fancy bits the Versa has it was far more reliable. So, my question is, why is this happening?

I appreciate the information shared. I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.

Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.

After you perform these steps you can also try to restart your Fitbit device.
