Versa 2 - Not getting text messages on new Samsung S23

I just got a new cellphone and it's paired to my Versa 2, but I'm not getting any text messages.

I just changed to Samsung S23 from a Samsung Galaxy. I am not getting calls or texts to my Versa 2.

Do you have access to your older phones?

If so, please make sure that there are not Bluetooth Connections with your Versa 2.

Have you checked the settings on the new phone in the Fitbit app?Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Had the same issue last week with my S23U. Noticed the "Messages" app specifically was turned off on Fitbit's App Notifications screen (Select Versa 2 > Notifications > App Notifications); I have a Versa 3 so assuming its there for Versa 2 owners. Text messages should come through if you set it up as per below: 

• You can select one app for Text Message notifications (mine's WhatApp)
• I have the "Messages" app enabled on Fitbit's App Notifications screen
• This allows both WhatApp and SMS/Text Message notifications through.
• There's no difference afaik whether these are set up like this or the other way around (Text Messages = Messages, App Notifications = WhatApp enabled) - it works the same

I believe I have everything set to get notifications on my Fitbit but I'm not getting them. My old phone was paired to it but I unpaired it and that didn't help.

If not try the following some steps you already have tried but the order is important. : 

• Restart your Versa 2.
• Please on your mobile device, go to Settings>Bluetooth, and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone OS version)
• Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
• When the phone is back on, turn on the Bluetooth again, but DO NOT attempt to connect to the tracker from here.
• Go on the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device.
  Then setup the notifications again.

If you look at the responses, you'll see that I thanked Juan Fitbit for his help because his information is what got my cell phone working correctly again with text messages. Just follow his instructions and see if they help.
