Versa 2 Pre-Order

If I pre-order the Versa 2 now, does anyone know if it will arrive on or a few days after release date? I'm worried that it will ship out on release day rather than when I order it and take an additional 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Hello @ctkroll01 and a warm welcome.  The order will not ship until on or after the release date.  It is my understanding that orders are filled in the order they are received.  This is why it might ship after the release date.  This shipping time depends on whether you have chosen regular or any expedited shipping.  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

I have preordered Fitbit versa 2 from Amazon, delivery September 17th 2 days after the release of the product. I made the pre-order from fitbit with the verse 1 and after a month of waiting I canceled the operation and then did it from amazon and also arrived at home immediately after 2 days from the purchase.

Well my order has been 'shipped' since Sept 9.  Originally scheduled to arrive Sept 16.  Already pushed back to Sept 23.  I thought I would give Fitbit the benefit of the doubt but I should have ordered through Amazon again.  Frustrating.
