I have read numerous threads and feedback on this issue which has presented itself on my Versa 2 today.....I have rebooted and then reset completely the watch downloading all the latest firmware/software and still the message comes back.
When I tried to do a factory reset I got the dreaded X with data not cleared message....I am about to throw it in the bin and purchase a Garmin after being loyal to fitbit for 6 years first a Blaze (only lasted 3 years) and now this Versa 2 with issues
Please Help or I'm gone!!!
