I have all my settings set to use pounds. When I enter my weight into my versa 2, it even says "lbs" on the screen where you do the entering.
But when I check back after a few minutes suddenly I jump from needing to lose 5lbs to 150+lbs. When I check my phone app, it appears as if I entered something in the 250s.
I suspected something was funky (and saw other users with a weirdly similar problem) so I reverse mathed my "new" weight and discovered that it is the exact kg conversion: as if I was entering 120kg instead of 120lbs.
Am I missing a setting or is this a glitch?

Hi @SunsetRunner , a warm welcome to the Community! I apologize for the delayed response. Thank you for the information provided.
Could you confirm if the situation still persist ?
If so could you let me know if you input the weight in lbs in the Fitbit app, you get the same error?
I'll be expecting your reply !

Hi @SunsetRunner , thank you for your reply! Could you please be more specific?
Your reply was, yes! But did you mean, that the situation still persists or was a confirmation about the input over the Fitbit app?
If you wanted to confirm both questions, could you provide me with your mobile device's model and operating system version?
I'll be expecting your reply!

I have the same problem. I deleted all the "wrong" entries in my log today but the first time it happened was 1/16/20. I noticed when I went to log on the 16th that my weight was 380lbs after logging 172lbs on the Versa 2. It's definitely interpreting as kg and converting. It seems to "go back" to kg regardless of whether I log on the device, in the app, or in my web profile. The only troubleshooting step I've tried so far is to unsync and resync the device.

Hi @loganbrett27 , a warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your information.
Could you please confirm if this situation occurs only when you log weight over the Versa 2? Does it happen when you input the weight in the app or on the Online Dashboard?
I'll be expecting your reply!

I too have this problem. Only that I use kg, not lbs. My weight is normally around 73kg. I enter my weight into the watch and it shows correctly. However, once the data is synchronized the app shows roughly 40kg less than what I entered.
My watch is running firmware 35.72.1.15 and I use the Android app.

Just searching through the forum and this s exactly my problem.
When entering weight in watch, it confirms the weight in kilos but then on the app the weight drops eg 83kg recorded as 37ish kg, which also means my weight loss badges are all incorrect
